I love to use an app called โ7M Workoutโ reason being because you can customize your own workout routine. Though it only takes 7-9 minutes, it is so helpful and has helped me lose multiple pounds.
So let me get this…not only did you get tested without any need when we know testing is super difficult for those of us who actually need it, you did it for free, when you can afford it…preventing someone who cant from getting it…and then you left quarantine and exposed other vulnerable people when we all know that testing is not 100% trustwhorty…jesus…shame on you ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ
