Going into my adult life it makes me breakout more, I bleed heavier now and my cramps are TERRRRRIBLE!!!!! I got mine at like 12 or 13 I think. I barely eat like I hate eating for the first day of my period and idk why. And my periods have became irregular and I think it’s because I need to eat a little healthier. I drink water constantly and I tried the lemon water test and surprisingly I didn’t need ibuprofen when my cramps came 😱😱

I get awful headaches the 4 days before I actually start bleeding but then as soon as the bleeding actually starts they go away for the most part. Some months I get really bad cramps and some months it's not so bad. Its a lot better now that I'm on birth control. I can't do tampons on my period. It just isn't a comfortable experience for me. I generally use pads. I kinda want to try using a cup, I've heard good things.

I can't do tampons. They scare me.
Plus I was brought up old school & religiously. So I wear pads & I'm okay with them cause my Mother Nature of the Month doesn't last long for me. So that's even better, that means less menstrual products to have to buy.September 5, 2019 at 2:13 am #89898Hermione Granger

Before having my son I always used tampons for my whole teen-hood.. when I had my son I no longer can use them. My body literally will push them out and it like plugs up my period, I can wear a tampon for hours and when I pull it out after it’s been sticking out of my V it will be completely dry. My flow is pretty light where I can just wear a panty liner, usually a day or two is heavier

I just started mine….and it’s doing this weird thing where I kinda get it every other month. I got it in may (first time, and then had it again in July (2nd time). I’m just thinking it’s because it’s irregular, or like because i just got, but i’d anybody can answer my question, I would gladly appreciate it! And no, i haven’t gotten it this month yet!

I don't mind tampons at all, just it's just much more awkward to explain to someone who doesn't have periods
